Poem – My Heart
Hannah grew up in the Cowichan Valley and is currently attending school at Fawkes Academy, an online learning program, as she cannot attend public school due to her deep rooted anxiety around others. Hannah’s writing has always contained dark and disturbing subject matter. She enjoys connecting with her readers through intense imagery. Hannah has stated that “she will never truly be happy with her works,” as she considers herself a perfectionist. This poem honours her late brother.
